Sylvia is one of the most polished real estate professionals that we have ever worked with. When I notified my investment broker I was selling our second home out of state in NC, he asked who I was listing it with. Not knowing who I was going to use, Aaron immediately said he had an amazing agent Syvia Hefferon that he just worked with that found he and his wife their first home. Sylvia came highly recommended to Aaron by a colleague of his. While on a flight I emailed Sylvia asking if I could speak with her at her earliest convenience about listing my home in the Charlotte area. Within minutes I got a response back saying she would call me the next morning if that was ok. We spoke, and instantly felt her energy, Upbeat personality and humor. I met with her the next day and discussed everything. I got the house ready, and Listed the house with her before I flew back home. She staged it for me and it looked wonderful. I had so many offers within the first 48 hours it was just crazy. Initially, I had concerns that maybe this wasn’t the best time of year before the holidays to list the house but she told she was confident it would sell quickly. I have sold five homes thru the years and I can tell you that being referred to Sylvia was thee best experience ever with a realtor. Sylvia is the epitome of attentive and on top of EVERYTHING. She is never too busy to take your call ever. And if she wasn’t able to pick up we got a call back within minutes. MINUTES. Any situation that came up she was there for me and handled everything and any issue that came up. Sylvia is warm, funny and absolutely knows her job. Anyone would be very lucky to have her represent you. She is certainly very rare in the world of real estate. Much thanks

My husband and I were so thankful to have Sylvia represent us as we searched for a home in the Matthews area. She was extremely attentive and professional in her approach to our situation. She was proactive in giving us suggestions and really listened to our concerns as we were making a big change in our lifestyle. She always answered our calls and kept us informed of the real estate market. Sylvia just helped my fiancé and I find a new home in South Charlotte. We looked at a few different properties both new and existing construction. We decided on new construction, but Sylvia helped us negotiate with the builder to get nearly $7k worth of items thrown in and they paid $15k towards our closing costs which was a great value. After the sale, Sylvia continued to check in on us and has even helped us resolve some builder issues that popped up after the sale.

What a way to end the year 2022 with the best closing ever of our new home. We could not have done this without "The Best" in the real estate business, Sylvia Hefferon. Let's go back 38 years ago.
