My husband and I were so thankful to have Sylvia represent us as we searched for a home in the Matthews area. She was extremely attentive and professional in her approach to our situation. She was proactive in giving us suggestions and really listened to our concerns as we were making a big change in our lifestyle. She always answered our calls and kept us informed of the real estate market. We are happy with our home in the Epcon Community at the Courtyards at Lawyers Road and credit Sylvia for our great experience.

Sylvia (and her team) are absolutely top notch. Her industry knowledge, professionalism and customer service go above and beyond to help her clients execute their buying/selling needs. Sylvia just helped my fiancé and I find a new home in South Charlotte. We looked at a few different properties both new and existing construction. We decided on new construction, but Sylvia helped us negotiate with the builder to get nearly $7k worth of items thrown in and they paid $15k towards our closing costs which was a great value. After the sale, Sylvia continued to check in on us and has even helped us resolve some builder issues that popped up after the sale.

What a way to end the year 2022 with the best closing ever of our new home. We could not have done this without "The Best" in the real estate business, Sylvia Hefferon. Let's go back 38 years ago. That's how long this amazing lady has been my dear dear friend. She helped us with the sale of our home to buying our new home. Sylvia Hefferon is the epitome of a highly respected, experienced, knowledgeable and personable agent. She was referred to me by a very good friend. When I first met Sylvia I was exploring options as to where I might live if I sold my beloved horse farm, and Sylvia wasn't pushy but she did encourage me to consider options for the next stage of my life. She was understanding and supportive and made me feel as if I were her most important and favorite client. She has that great of a personality! Together we worked through my huge transition and Sylvia worked hard to negotiate the offer I made on a house we found and it was accepted after she "worked her magic". I teased her that I wasn't really ready to sell the farm, but I knew that if I changed my mind Sylvia could just resell the house. Sylvia patiently helped me work through the decision, explaining the relative value of the house based on comps and the appraisal and helping me sort out the advantages of the location I had chosen. She knows the Charlotte area well and can quickly help narrow down the best areas based on the given criteria. She referred several of her professional contacts to help me, such as a fence contractor, an insurance agent, a top notch inspector, etc. She is well respected by all and when I explained that I got their name from Sylvia then I was already treated as a top priority. Sylvia goes above and beyond to be helpful, and her friendly and professional manner was truly a bright spot in the whole experience. I would use her again in a heartbeat! I was lucky to find her and would highly recommend her to my best friends too!

Sylvia is truly exceptional. She was just a phone call/text away if we had questions or concerns. She made us feel as if we were the only clients she had. Sylvia is top notch. She is an extremely good communicator and provided great feedback. She connected with buyer and seller agents and created rapport to ensure we got everything we deserved for both transactions. She also made the buying and selling process incredibly easy. It was seamless and stress free. That is so difficult to do!
